Welcome to Jump Inc – Online (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, accounts, and members-only digital content (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Services Overview

Jump Inc – Online provides access to digital training content and related services on a membership-only basis. Access to online classes and content is granted solely to registered users with an active membership.

All content provided through the Services is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

To access certain parts of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.

3. Strict Prohibition on Account Sharing

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sharing your username or password with any other person

  • Allowing another individual to access content using your account

  • Logging in from multiple users or locations in a manner that indicates shared use

Each membership is valid for one individual only.

4. Enforcement, Termination, and Permanent Bans

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have shared your login details or violated these Terms:

  • Your access will be immediately revoked

  • Your membership will be terminated without notice

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided under any circumstances

  • You may be permanently blocked from accessing Jump Inc – Online content, services, and platforms in the future

We reserve the right to use technical, behavioral, and access monitoring methods to detect misuse or account sharing.

5. Payments, Fees, and No Refund Policy

Membership fees grant access to digital content and services. Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All payments are final

  • No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once access has been granted

  • Termination due to a violation of these Terms does not entitle you to any refund

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, record, distribute, share, sell, or reproduce any content

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features

  • Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, content, or systems

Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Jump Inc – Online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content only for personal use while your membership remains active and compliant.

8. Suspension and Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or updates.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jump Inc – Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
